The filter company Infastaub has again received orders from Russia

Infastaubīs success on Russian market The filter company Infastaub has again received orders from Russia

Nine BKF bulk loading systems made of stainless steel with integrated filters will be supplied to RusVinyl in Nizhny Novgorod. The filters will ensure a dust free loading of plastic granules from silos into railway wagons. Date of delivery will be this summer.

In 2011 Infastaub has already delivered seven dust removal devices for volume flows from 6,000 to 24,000 m3/h to Nizhnetagilskij Metallurgicheskij combine (NTMK) in the region of Swerdlowsk. The filters are employed in the conditioning processes for coal and coke before the inlet to the blast furnaces. They are designed pressure shock resistant because of the danger of a dust explosion. A residual dust sensor supervises the flawless function. This order was received from the Russian partner SovPlym.

Apart from heavy industry there is an increasing demand for superior filters in the Russian food and pharmaceutical industry. Latest orders from Russia are determined for these sectors. The filters for the pharmaceutical industry are equipped with ”safe change” facilities for the filter media and the collected dust. These facilities avoid contamination of personnel and environment during maintenance work.

Because of the positive market signals Infastaubīs general manager, Berthod Geppert, is optimistic to increase the turnover with his Russian partner SovPlym for another 20% in 2012 compared to 50% increase in 2011. Infastaub values the importance of Russianīs bulk industry and again attends the PetroCem conference in St. Petersburg in April this year.
